Coconut Cream Pudding Mix 1 1/2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut 1 teaspoon coconut extract 3 cups nonfat dry milk 4 cups sugar 1 teaspoon salt 3 cups cornstarch In bowl, combine coconut extract and coconut until extract is absorbed.
