Barbecue Marinade For Chicken
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper -- to taste
In bowl, combine all ingredients. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for several hours, turning when possible. When grilling, baste chicken with remaining mixture.
