Big Boy Beef Marinade
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/3 cup lemon juice
In bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well. Pour over meat. Chill for 2 to 3 hours. May freeze this in a zip lock bag for later use.
