Upper Crust Marinade 1/2 cup dijon mustard 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 clove garlic, minced 1 teaspoon dried rosemary 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 2 tablespoons olive oil Place mustard, soy sauce, garlic, rosemary and ginger into blender. Cover. Process on medium-high for 10 to 15 seconds. While motor is running, partially uncover blender and gradually add oil. When all oil is added, cover tightly and process for 10 to 15 seconds. Makes 1 cup. Spread marinade generously on lamb or pork chops before broiling or grilling.
