Strawberry Pie 01 1 (6 serving size) box vanilla pudding mix, not instant 1 (6 serving size) box strawberry gelatin mix 2 cups boiling water 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen strawberries 2 (9 inch) pie shells, baked Frozen whipped topping, thawed In saucepan, cook pudding as directed on package. Cool for 5 minutes. Stir. Spoon into pie shells. Chill. Dissolve gelatin in water. Add strawberries, stir. Chill to thicken slightly. Spoon strawberry mixture over pudding in pie shells. Chill. Spread with whipped topping.
