Streusel Pie 1 prepared 9 inch pie crust 2 (29 ounce) cans sliced peaches, drained 1/3 cup plus 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, divided 1/2 cup powdered sugar 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup butter Preheat oven to 375. In bowl, combine peaches, 1/3 cup flour, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, mix well. Pour into crust. In another bowl, combine 3/4 cup flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, brown sugar and butter, mix well with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over filling. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until topping is golden brown. You may cover edges of crust with tinfoil after 20 minutes of baking to prevent excessive browning.
